These Terms of Service govern your use of HYREVO, a marketplace that connects clients and freelancers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account. HYREVO may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including banned users.

Marketplace work

Job posts, applications, deals, and project work happen on the platform. Clients and freelancers are responsible for the quality and legality of the work they exchange.

Payments

HYREVO currently records internal escrow and payout state for marketplace contracts. Real payment gateways, card processing, and payout providers are not connected yet. Do not treat internal escrow as movement of real funds until a live gateway is enabled.

Prohibited use

You may not abuse messaging, impersonate others, upload fraudulent identity documents, or attempt to bypass authorization or payment state machines.
